This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, guiding the team through challenges and driving progress to deliver high-quality software tailored to business needs. Collaboration and proactive problem-solving are key aspects throughout the day, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth. - Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align expectations. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. - Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and integration techniques. - Experience with data modeling and database management within enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and quality assurance.
