This role requires coordinating activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring seamless execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively monitors progress, aligns resources, and facilitates communication across various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and meet established objectives. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global project delivery and to support successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize project workflows and enhance team productivity. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project environment. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available to Promise. - Strong analytical skills to interpret project data and support decision-making processes. - Experience in managing project schedules, resources, and deliverables within complex environments. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across diverse groups. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools to ensure structured execution. - Capability to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project health.
