Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language). - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. - Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Understanding of software testing principles and debugging techniques.
