You'll: Support individuals to live independently and confidently in their own homes. Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual needs. Encourage independence, choice and participation in everyday activities. Support with daily routines, including meal preparation, medication and mobility. Assist with personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect. Offer companionship and help individuals access their local community. Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support and their families. Work as part of a supportive local team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
