Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. - Strong expertise in configuring and customizing compensation modules within enterprise software environments. - Experience in integrating compensation solutions with broader human capital management systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to compensation application configurations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
