Must have skills : Reporting Design & Development Good to have skills : Microsoft SQL Server, Regulatory Accounting, Data Warehouse ETL Testing Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary Seeking an experienced Axiom Application Lead with 8+ years of experience in Axiom Regulatory Reporting, Banking & Financial Services, Regulatory Data Taxonomy, and Data Warehousing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in regulatory reporting, data lineage, Controller View, production support, and financial risk reporting. Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and support Axiom regulatory reporting solutions. Build and maintain STG, DIM, CALC, FCT, and REP data models. Develop data ingestion, validation, enrichment, and reporting workflows. Configure and support Axiom Controller View batches. Implement regulatory calculations and reporting requirements. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance. Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Technology teams. Mentor team members and drive technical decisions. Must Have Skills Axiom Regulatory Reporting Platform Regulatory Data Taxonomy (Mandatory) Data Lineage & Data Mapping SQL, PL-SQL & Oracle Data Warehousing & Data Modeling Axiom Data Model (STG, DIM, CALC, FCT, REP) Axiom Controller View Regulatory Reporting Lifecycle Data Validation & Reconciliation Production Support & Incident Management Autosys Scheduling Linux-Unix & Shell Scripting Regulatory Reporting Skills Basel III COREP & FINREP RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) LCR & NSFR Credit Risk & Capital Reporting Regulatory Compliance & Audit Requirements Good to Have Python (Automation & Scripting) AWS or Azure Cloud Informatica or Similar ETL Tools Power BI - Tableau CI-CD & DevOps Additional Information Strong expertise in Taxonomy, Data Lineage, and Regulatory Reporting. Experience in Banking, Risk, Finance, or Regulatory Reporting projects. Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
