Must have skills : ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) Good to have skills : ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), ServiceNow Flow Designer, ServiceNow Integration Hub Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education ummary: We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer or Technical Lead with strong IT Service Management (ITSM) experience and hands-on expertise in integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF). The role involves owning technical delivery from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support. Candidates must be comfortable actively developing and troubleshooting solutions the Technical Lead role additionally includes technical guidance, design reviews, and coordination of development activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) ,ServiceNow Integration Hub, ServiceNow Flow Designer. Design, configure, and develop ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, notifications, and scheduled jobs. Build and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where required. Implement integration authentication, data mapping, validation, error handling, logging, retries, and reconciliation. Create and maintain Flow Designer flows, subflows, and custom actions for approvals, fulfillment, notifications, and cross-system automation. Develop and maintain ATF tests and test suites covering ITSM processes, service catalog functionality, and regression scenarios investigate failures and maintain reliable test data. Translate functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks, estimates, and acceptance criteria. Perform unit testing, support SIT and UAT, resolve defects, and validate that changes do not disrupt existing functionality. Support deployments, release validation, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. Maintain technical documentation covering designs, integrations, workflows, test coverage, and support handover. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM). Experience with IntegrationHub spokes, scoped applications, and source control. Experience supporting platform upgrades, regression automation, and enterprise-scale ITSM implementations. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management process improvement.
