This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active collaboration with various stakeholders to align project outcomes with business needs, while maintaining a focus on delivering scalable and high-performing solutions. The lead also dedicates time to reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization. - Strong expertise in legacy system analysis and transformation strategies. - Experience with integration of modern technologies into existing mainframe environments. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in mainframe contexts. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solutions.
