Care Assistant

Job Description Duties include: Provide Personal Care support to both male and female clients To support our Clients within their own homes, with Home Help tasks such as light cleaning duties Provide Companionship support and to access the community where required Prepare and cook meals where required (support nutritional and dietary needs) Assist and administer medication (Full training will be provided) Complete daily notes within our 'Care Planning App' Attend team meetings where require throughout the year Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Due to the nature of the job you will need access to a vehicle, driving licence, be able to work every other weekend along with a minimum of 2 evening's a week.
