You will engage in understanding the needs of various stakeholders and translate those into functional software solutions. Your role includes collaborating with different teams to ensure the applications align with organizational goals and deliver seamless user experiences. Throughout the day, you will focus on creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software components that support business operations and enhance productivity. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain application performance. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Familiarity with back-end development using Java and related frameworks. - Understanding of database management and integration with applications. - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
