Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks. - Tosca certified and experience building and maintaining Tosca scripts - Experience in test execution using Elastic Execution Agents. - Know how on using Tosca s copilot capabilities is good to have - Experience in SAP test automation with Tosca is preferred. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues. - Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.
