The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technologies and industry trends to ensure that the enterprise s technology landscape remains innovative and aligned with business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to integrate diverse components into a cohesive architecture is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless and scalable IT environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that support business objectives. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of technology initiatives. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Accenture Delivery Architectures (ADA). - Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in designing scalable and secure IT infrastructures. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative technology application. - Effective communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
