You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, as you work to align technical outputs with organizational goals and evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality and operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and modern software engineering tools. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA functionalities.
