The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the software landscape. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application capabilities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS). - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes within packaged or software as a service environments. - Experience working with standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality. - Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability and performance. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues in a collaborative team setting. - Familiarity with integration techniques and maintaining compatibility across diverse software components.
