The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve system efficiency and user experience. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, React.js. - Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability. - Familiarity with software release management and version control processes.
