Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and mappings. - Ability to optimize performance of data transformation and loading processes. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex data pipelines. - Experience working within agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of data quality and governance principles to ensure reliable data processing.
