Project Role : Solution Architect Project Role Description : Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. Must have skills : Solution Architecture Good to have skills : Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Solution Architect, a typical day involves interpreting and transforming client needs into unique and actionable solutions by leveraging comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies and platforms. The role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft solutions that not only meet client expectations but also support the overall business objectives and value proposition. This position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible, innovative, and aligned with client goals, fostering a seamless transition from concept to implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient architectural solutions that address complex business challenges. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team capability and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture, - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. - Strong expertise in designing end-to-end enterprise solutions that integrate multiple systems and technologies. - Ability to analyze and optimize system architecture for performance, scalability, and security. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment models to support modern application architectures.
