The position demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and ensuring that solutions align with project goals and client requirements, fostering collaboration and driving progress throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools. - Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for application deployment. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing individual responsibilities. - Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
