You work within dynamic environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are key aspects of your role, enabling organizations to achieve their operational goals effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Oversee the implementation of best practices in software design and development to maintain high-quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Strong knowledge of financial processes and business workflows within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
