The position demands continuous engagement with multiple system elements to maintain business continuity and support operational excellence through timely interventions and thorough problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and support their growth. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and effective resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Critical Incident Management. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in managing high-pressure situations and prioritizing critical incidents. - Excellent communication skills to document and convey technical information clearly. - Capability to implement and follow structured incident management frameworks.
