GRC Lead

As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications in detail. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and features into websites, enhancing user experience and functionality. Collaboration with different teams to align web development efforts with project goals is also a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to ensure web applications meet quality and performance standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks. - Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web applications. - Familiarity with content management systems and website editing tools. - Good understanding of user experience principles and web accessibility standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
