The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and adapting the applications to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities in this position. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to ensure application designs align with business objectives and technical standards. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools. - Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments. - Strong problem-solving skills to address complex application challenges. - Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development. - Capability to adapt to changing business requirements and implement scalable solutions.
