Must have skills : One Identity Manager Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves leading the design, development, customization, and implementation of Identity Access Management solutions, with a strong focus on One Identity Manager. This position requires expertise in One Identity Manager functionality, data model, connectors, integrations, and APIs. The role also involves applying software development, testing, cloud, and DevOps practices to deliver scalable and maintainable identity solutions. Collaboration and technical leadership are key, as the lead works across teams to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure high-quality delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in One Identity Manager, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of One Identity Manager solutions. - Build and maintain One Identity Manager connectors, integrations, and APIs. - Apply best practices for development, testing, automation, deployment, and solution quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IAM and IGA requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members to develop their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency and hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager. - Strong understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). - Strong understanding of One Identity Manager functionality and data model, including customization. - Experience in building and maintaining One Identity Manager connectors and integrations. - Experience working with One Identity Manager exposed APIs and their functionality. - Proficiency in at least one programming language. - Experience in software testing and test automation. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. - Experience with DevOps principles, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or equivalent tools. - Experience in managing monitoring and alerting solutions using CloudWatch or equivalent tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in One Identity Manager. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
