This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering a robust and adaptable technology environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. - Experience in solution definition that meets complex capability requirements. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance across diverse platforms. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural alignment.
