Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise environments. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices for custom software engineering. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system reliability. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
