This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology solutions. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and contributing to the design of functional and application systems. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with the defined business requirements is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering collaboration and innovation across various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop strategic approaches to address them. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in designing and implementing system integration solutions that align with business objectives. - Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address integration challenges and deliver innovative solutions. - Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
