Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation. - Document design specifications and application configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM. - Experience in customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to work with integration tools and understand data flow between SAP and other systems.
