This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions that ensure the smooth operation of critical applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of system performance are integral parts of the daily routine, contributing to maintaining business continuity and enhancing system reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS). - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to Oracle Tax Reporting Cloud environments. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within cloud-based tax reporting systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. - Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
