This position requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The role emphasizes establishing and maintaining development standards, ensuring that the software produced is of high quality, scalable, and performs efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to support successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and technical standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to cloud-based solutions. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams in an agile environment. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions. - Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability considerations, and code quality assurance. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
