Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the design and implementation of custom software components to meet project requirements. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align software development efforts with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Graph Databases. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Neo4j. - Strong understanding of database design principles and graph data modeling. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions. - Familiarity with modern software development frameworks and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex database queries and software components.
