Performance Engineer

Project Role : Performance Engineer Project Role Description : Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering: software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution. Must have skills : Laboratory Information and Execution Systems Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to Service Delivery , Application development activities , Compliance consulting , Support engagements, and Validation testing for CDS/Non-CDS Applications, Empower,LabX, SDC, DBlast. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements. - Monitor system performance metrics and generate detailed reports to support decision-making. - Assist in developing and refining performance testing strategies to align with project goals. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on performance engineering best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
