Our pay is £11.40 per hour + travel allowance + mileage. We have a real Travel and Waiting time  Allowance. We schedule 15 minute gaps between visits and pay for the travel and waiting times so you are paid in full for the 15 minutes. On average this pays an extra £1.14 per hour in addition to the contact time pay of £11.40. It's a very real benefit that our employees value, but don't realise until they start.
