The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. You will translate complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation initiatives by developing detailed business cases and steering the implementation of critical projects is a key part of the daily responsibilities. This position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BRIM Subscription Order Management SOM. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. - Ability to develop and document business cases and solution designs. - Experience in guiding cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives. - Capability to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions.
