This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing diverse information sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing business processes and recommending enhancements. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). - Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at various levels. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications. - Experience in process mapping and documentation to support solution design and implementation. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
