This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational requirements and translating them into functional software solutions. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide effective support for operational activities. The engineer actively participates in refining application features and adapting solutions to evolving business environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance throughout the software lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. - Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies that can benefit the team and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - Experience with cloud-based data analytics platforms and services. - Strong skills in data integration, transformation, and visualization within cloud environments. - Ability to design scalable and secure analytics solutions that meet business requirements. - Familiarity with managing and optimizing data workflows and pipelines in cloud ecosystems. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to analytics services.
