This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions meet the defined requirements. The individual acts as the main liaison for the project, overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective and efficient software solutions. Collaboration and communication are key aspects, as the role demands continuous interaction with different teams to align efforts and drive the project forward. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong knowledge of integration design and development within Workday environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Workday integrations. - Familiarity with web services, XML, XSLT, and related technologies used in Workday Studio. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive software solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - Mandatory to have Workday Related certification for the Primary skill and 15 years full time education.
