Must have skills : Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves offering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex transformations that span multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value drivers. The advisor also focuses on developing and deploying innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve their transformation goals effectively and efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that support enterprise transformation goals. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Platform as a Service Providers (PaaS). - Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and enterprise platform architectures. - Experience in evaluating and recommending technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations. - Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient platform solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative technology solutions. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
