This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of software projects and driving successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality software development. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS). - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation for scalable solutions. - Experience in leading software development teams and managing project lifecycles. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. - Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques. - Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
