This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, balancing innovation with practical implementation to support evolving business needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks to maintain robustness and adaptability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful delivery of technology solutions. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. - Strong knowledge of system integration and architecture design principles related to manufacturing execution systems. - Experience in developing scalable and high-performance technology solutions within manufacturing environments. - Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs. - Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in manufacturing technology and enterprise architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
