You will engage in dynamic problem-solving activities, ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of critical applications. Your role involves continuous monitoring, analyzing system behaviors, and collaborating with different teams to maintain service excellence and minimize disruptions to business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions. - Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical capabilities. - Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact business operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Based Service Management Process Design. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently. - Experience with incident management and problem resolution methodologies. - Ability to work with multiple software components and understand their interdependencies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Capability to document technical processes and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
