This role includes managing application releases, ensuring system stability, and adapting features to align with organizational needs. The position requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that maintain compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and maintain seamless application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor application performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Experience in customizing SharePoint Online sites, workflows, and integrating with other Microsoft 365 services. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, security models, and governance best practices. - Ability to develop and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to automate business processes. - Familiarity with REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API for extending SharePoint Online capabilities. - Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
