The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical implementations is a key aspect of daily activities. Continuous improvement and refinement of software components to meet evolving business needs are integral to the role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Experience in designing and optimizing data storage and retrieval processes within cloud-based data warehousing environments. - Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and ETL processes relevant to Snowflake implementations. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data-related issues to maintain system performance and reliability. - Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline data workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
