This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving the adoption of forward-thinking and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery across projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices in test automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and foster professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align testing strategies with overall project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools. - Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative testing solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing accuracy and integrity. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
