The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and deliver high-quality software products that meet evolving requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and agile software development methodologies. - Ability to work with front-end technologies to create seamless user experiences. - Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques. - Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
