Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Avaloq Wealth. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and application design principles related to Avaloq Wealth. - Experience in configuring and customizing Avaloq Wealth applications to meet diverse business requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within Avaloq Wealth environments. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Avaloq Wealth with other enterprise systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Avaloq Wealth. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors Degree in TechnologyEngineering is required.
