Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require effective communication and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor throughout the delivery process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management. - Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
