This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery. - Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth and effective teamwork. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframe Modernization. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
