Business Process Architect

Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Must have skills : SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Good to have skills : SAP MM Materials Management, SAP Ariba Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and met. The position also includes participating in quality management activities to verify that business and design specifications are fulfilled. Additionally, the role involves educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and knowledge sharing to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear process documentation. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. - Familiarity with quality management principles and performance measurement techniques.
