Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and enhance product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active ProActive Technology. - Strong experience in software design and development using modern programming languages and frameworks. - Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution. - Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability. - Familiarity with integration techniques and working across multiple systems to deliver cohesive solutions.
