This role requires guiding teams through the entire process of design and delivery, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The focus is on achieving high-quality code that is scalable and performs efficiently, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are key, as the role demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes and innovation within the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within enterprise environments. - Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. - Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives. - Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability considerations, and code quality assurance practices. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
